Hostess Club Details are HERE!

The club will run for 6 months, June 2012 - November 2012.  This works perfectly in allowing us to take December off.

Each month, by the 10th of that month, you need to have your order emailed to me.  I am requiring that a credit card be on file that will be charged monthly for your order plus shipping and tax.  This way I don't have to hunt you down to be paid and everyone gets their goodies on time! ;-)  If you are out of town, you will ONLY be paying shipping for the product to get to me (10% of your order total before tax) then I will ship it to you at no fee.

Orders must be a minimum of $25.00 in product from any current catalog plus shipping (10% and tax 8.6%).  I will email you the totals once I receive your email containing the order.

When you sign up you will get:

  • The new 2012-2013 Catalog! (I have them in hand NOW)
  • Be added to the mailings for the mini catalog that will come out in August!

Here is what you get with your monthly order:

  • Precut materials to make a card or project of the month
  • Instructions with photos to complete your card or project
  • A hand stamped thank you card (blank on the inside for re-using)

Once in the 6 month club you will be the "hostess"  This gives you extra goodies!

  • A Thank You gift (handmade) from me
  • Hostess Credit of $25.00 (minimum, if you get outside sales the month you are the hostess or host a workshop at your home/church/place of work etc, we can combine the sales to get you more FREE goodies!)  Keep in mind that the month you are the hostess you are still required to put a $25.00 order in.
  • All of the goodies listed above that come with your monthly order.

So, what are you waiting for?  This is a great way to get Stampin' Up! product, monthly goodies, and hostess rewards with out the time commitment!

Message me here, Call or text me at 360-224-1094 or email me via stamp-aholic@hotmail.com to sign up, but remember... if you sign up you are required to place an order each month for the six months to make it fair for everyone!

Mother’s Day 2012

This past weekend/week has been a crazy one and I have to admit I have not inked up a stamp for over a week (insert gasp here)! Saturday was Trenton’s birthday party at our house and there were over 25 people here. It was a blast! (I only do big parties for the kids on their 1st, 5th, 10th, and 16th birthdays, otherwise it is just really close friends and family). My Dad came down and spent the night, my Mom and Step-dad came down for a few hours, Mark’s parents and Sister and Bro-in-law were here too plus some great family friends and a few kids (and their families) from Trenton’s Preschool. It was a wonderful day, the weather was PERFECT!, and everyone *I hope* had a great time!DSC_0064

Then it was Mother’s day. This year was wonderful. DSC_0066We went to Sluy’s Bakery in old town Poulsbo, WA. If you have not been there, I highly suggest you DO and SOON! Each of us picked out our favorites or a new one to try and then walked over to the waterfront park for Breakfast! Then played around walked on the boardwalk, played on the beach and just thoroughly enjoyed the morning.

DSC_0068 We were back home by 11 am and just lounged around for a bit and then went out foDSC_0070r a great dinner.

Thank youDSC_0071 hubby for making this day a special one! DSC_0069

I’m thinking I need to make a mini-album 6x6 size or something with our experiences of the day!

What do you do with special event pictures? Do you put them in a big family scrapbook? Do each of your kids have their own scrapbook and you print off multiple pictures of these types of events? Are you a traditional scrapbooker or a digital one? I’m interested in hearing your thoughts and how you go about doing this… or if you do it at all?

Many Blessings!

May Blog Hop!

Badge
Welcome!  If you’ve just came from Patricia T.’s page, I’m glad you’re making the rounds!  If you are just starting here, be sure to continue on and see all the awesomeness these creative ladies are sharing!  This months goals were using the Smooch colors.  I accomplished that in my card, but I did not have the stamp set on hand to use.  I hope you like what I have created…

For my 3-D object… I’ve had this jar laying around and have wanted to decorate it with DSP for a special friend’s upcoming birthday!  I know that she will love this and it is stuffed to the brim with scrabble pieces to use for scrapbooking!  Sticky Strip is the ONLY way to go with 3-D objects, it really does ensure that your hard work sticks!DSC_1058

I’ve also been working on the kids scrapbooks and although this page has absolutely NO embellishments or stamping on it, I want to show you just how easy, even a beginner, can slap photos on a page and have a memory documented for other’s to cherish (in this case my Trenton)… DSC_0004 DSC_0002
Not all of my pages are this simple, but it is nice to get a few here and there done quickly and in the book!  After all, there are 4 of them!!!!
Well, that is all I have for you today!  I hope that you have enjoyed my projects and that you are already looking forward to next month!  I know I am!  To order any of these great products, please contact your demonstrator! And thank you for stopping by!
